This policy explains how Fashion Wealth LLC ("FashionWealth", "we") handles information when you visit this website or submit an application.
Information you give us
The only form on this site is our application, which is hosted by Tally and embedded here. When you submit it, you provide information such as your name, email address, details about your clothing brand, your current situation and your goals. That submission is processed and stored by Tally on our behalf, and we use it to review your application and contact you about it.
Information collected automatically
We use Trakyo, a first party analytics and attribution tool, to understand where visitors come from and which pages and buttons lead to applications. It records information such as:
- Pages viewed and buttons or videos interacted with
- Referring website or campaign
- Marketing parameters in the link you arrived on (for example
utm_source,utm_campaign,fbclid,gclid,ttclid,trakyo_id) - Approximate device, browser and screen information
- A visitor identifier used to connect a visit to a later application
These marketing parameters are kept for the duration of your browsing session (in your browser's session storage) and are passed to the application form so we can tell which campaign an application came from.
Embedded third party content
Some content on this site is loaded from other companies, and only when you interact with it or scroll to it:
- Tally, the application form
- Vimeo, the free training video (loads only after you press play)
- YouTube (privacy enhanced
youtube-nocookie.com), the case study videos (load only after you press play) - Google Fonts, typefaces used across the site
These providers may set their own cookies or collect data under their own privacy policies once loaded. We deliberately do not load the video players until you choose to play them.
How we use information
- To review applications and decide on fit
- To contact you about your application and, if accepted, about the mentorship
- To measure which marketing works so we can spend sensibly
- To operate, secure and improve this website
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We keep application data for as long as needed to evaluate and, where relevant, deliver the mentorship, and afterwards only as long as needed for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Your choices
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted. Just email us
- You can block cookies and storage in your browser settings, though parts of the site may behave differently
- You can simply not submit the application
Children
This site and the mentorship are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
